A Mother's Thoughts for Mother's Day

I am the proud mother of my son Danial, and through our work at Christian Action, I am also the mother of many of the abandoned and disabled children in Qinghai. They call me 'Cheung Mama' when I visit them!

Our work at Christian Action is funded by the generosity of donors, and over the years, we have developed social enterprises that further reach our Hong Kong neighbours while also funding our programmes in Qinghai.

Mother's Day is a perfect time to tell you about one of our recent ventures. It is The Olive Leaf*, a floral shop located in Tsuen Wan West MTR station. The aim is to share the joy of flowers with the neighbourhood while providing employment for low-income people.
