CA’s Use of Virtual Reality Helps Corporations Boost Teamwork

Imagine a world where learning is no longer confined to the four walls of a classroom but extends far beyond them.

Traditional training methods often appeal to only certain kinds of learners. Not only does it lack a broad-based appeal, but the limited interactivity means that the human brain is less stimulated. This kind of learning is ineffective because the depth and breadth of what is learned, put into practice, and retained is therefore suboptimal.

Christian Action’s trainings are different. Corporations that use our services receive customized courses that uses virtual reality (VR). This is making a huge difference for the individual attendees and entire teams!

Recently, thirty participants from such diverse industries as IT start-ups to catering services, engaged in a VR training session at CA's headquarters. Jenny, one of the participants, had this to say:

"VR training is an excellent tool for promoting teamwork. One of the VR exercises we did, for example, was to assemble a hamburger as fast as possible. The VR quickly showed us how sluggish production levels were when we worked independently from one another. But when we pooled our unique talents we could see for ourselves how productivity shot through the roof! The same learnings could also apply to our daily work at our company!”

At Christian Action, we believe that VR training is the future. It has the potential to transform individuals, teams, and organizations. VR can break down barriers in the workplace and encourage collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills in a way that traditional training methods simply can’t match.

Boost your organization’s team building today with a customized Virtual Reality course!
