Back By Popular Demand - the Magnificent Mooncake!

‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ – Acts 20:35

When I think of the Mid-Autumn Festival I think of my family and my mum. Every Mid-Autumn she would prepare small yams, star fruit, and pomelos. The Miracle of Teamwork

History is replete with stories of people who have met their demise after falling on hard times. The privilege of our work however, is that we bring together a team of caring and like-minded organizations and individuals so that today’s needy don’t have to be left behind.

The fact that these six could maintain a positive attitude and persevere with their studies is truly incredible!

Planting Seeds for the Future

“The Youth Assistance Programme grant enabled me to continue and complete my studies. Because of Christian Action’s generous support, I can now look forward to a bright future,”

- Ren Qing Cuo Ji

Newly graduated social worker Ren Qing Cuo Ji wasn’t supposed to break free from poverty. Born in a poor farming community on the Tibetan Plateau, her family struggled to make ends meet. Her parents had just enough to survive and pay the high school tuition for her and her siblings, but nothing more.
